1. General Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products (baby furniture and accessories), we follow a strict but fair return policy in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law.
Returns are only accepted for:
- Items that are defective, or incorrect.
- Items that experience a manufacturing defect within the warranty period.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Assembled, installed, or used products.
- Products with minor color or texture variations, which are normal for natural materials.
2. Return Window
Eligible items must be reported for return within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be:
- Unused and in original condition.
- In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
3. Return Process

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo/video evidence (for damaged/defective items)
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- A pickup will be scheduled (charges may apply if the return is not due to a fault on our part).
- Refunds or replacements will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.
- Refunds will be issued within 7–14 working days after return approval and item inspection.
- No refunds will be processed for:
- Orders returned without authorization.
- Products that fail our return inspection due to damage, usage, or missing components.
5. Warranty
All of our Babyhood products are covered by a 1-year warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage resulting from improper installation or handling.
